The Community Behavioral Health Worker — Fairfield County Venture Place role is onsite in Lancaster, OH, with pay of $19.00–$22.26 per hour. Integrated Services for Behavioral Health serves Southeastern and Central Ohio through collaborative, personalized behavioral health and community services. The worker engages individuals and families in home and community settings, provides coaching and practical supports, helps clients build routines and coping skills, connects them with resources, and coordinates with partners. The role supports The Fairfield County Venture Place and requires coverage five days a week from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

• Engage individuals and families to identify strengths, barriers, and goals

• coach clients on routines, coping, emotional regulation, and communication
• connect clients with community resources
• document services in databases and EHR systems
• collaborate with partners
• travel within designated service areas.
