Customer Service Supervisor/Coordinator

What you'll do

• Interact positively and reassuringly with customers in person and by phone
• train and mentor new team members
• work as a member and leader of the Customer Experience team
• monitor company performance and make recommendations to the Customer Experience Manager, Facility Manager, and Head of the Pack.
