What you'll do

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• respond to guest inquiries about reservations, amenities, services, and local attractions
• take and relay messages
• fulfill wake-up call requests
• follow emergency communication procedures
• coordinate with security, engineering, and housekeeping
• log requests and follow up
• maintain phone directories and contact lists
• assist with PBX reports and documentation.
