What you'll do

• Implement workflows, SOPs, and policies across assigned sites
• monitor operational and financial KPIs
• partner with Finance on regional budgets
• coordinate performance reporting
• conduct site audits
• recruit, train, and coach Practice Managers
• serve as liaison between operational leaders and physicians
• support new services, technologies, and acquisitions
• coordinate compliance, quality, and cross-functional initiatives.
