What you'll do

• Provide updates and support to client locations
• schedule independent service providers and monitor service completion
• manage work orders through assignment, scheduling, follow-up, and invoicing
• communicate by phone, email, text, Microsoft Teams, and work-order systems
• serve as liaison between clients and providers
• address customer concerns
• update provider and client activity in JANIT
• validate and monitor IVR activity.
