Member Service Representative

The Member Service Representative role is onsite in Mission, TX. Compensation is $10 per hour. The representative welcomes members and guests, responds to questions and concerns, supports membership sales, and helps maintain a clean club. The role contributes to a positive member experience and may provide backup coverage for group fitness instruction and simple workout-program design.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• provide customer service and information
• answer phones
• resolve concerns
• conduct prospective-member calls and tours
• process retail transactions and support sales goals
• clean and sanitize the club and equipment
• as backup duties, conduct the PE@PF group fitness program, design simple workout programs when requested, and cover for other Fitness Instructors.
