Production Line Manager

What you'll do

• Own daily and weekly production schedules
• assign floor work, staffing, and station loading
• monitor output and address bottlenecks
• coordinate materials, tooling, work instructions, and drawings with Planning, Supply Chain, and Engineering
• manage work in progress, cycle times, and throughput
• supervise, coach, and develop operators and assemblers
• maintain ESD- and FOD-controlled conditions
• improve throughput, yield, scrap, rework, labor efficiency, and delivery
• optimize layout and material flow
• document processes and maintain work instructions
• track and report production, quality, efficiency, and safety metrics.
