What you'll do

• Answer calls and perform reception duties
• take and route detailed messages
• greet residents, families, and visitors and provide information or directions
• support marketing materials
• prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts
• maintain resident lists, rosters, registers, and guest logs
• coordinate appointments and services
• keep front desk and entry areas organized
• sort and distribute mail
• maintain resident forms and follow confidentiality requirements.
