The Maintenance Mechanic — Evening Shift role is onsite in Honey Brook, PA, working Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Compensation is $25.04–$26.70 per hour. Tel Hai is a nonprofit retirement community focused on service and care for residents. The mechanic maintains buildings, equipment, and safety systems across the community. Preventive, routine, and emergency repairs help keep resident and community spaces functional and safe.

What you'll do

• Perform indoor and outdoor building maintenance involving electrical systems, HVAC, major equipment, life safety and emergency systems
• repair wheelchairs and medical equipment
• complete preventive, routine, and emergency repairs
• perform snow removal and ice prevention
• move and store furniture
• respond to emergency calls when requested
• conduct campus security rounds
• set up special events and assist with trash removal.
