What you'll do

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution from inception through trial
• handle commercial, trade secret, financial services, energy, and product liability disputes
• manage pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trial preparation, and trial
• prepare witnesses and appear in court
• draft litigation documents
• conduct legal research
• advise clients
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
