What you'll do

• Deliver climbing instruction and customer service
• explain and demonstrate the benefits of Bouldering Project circuits
• foster community among participants
• enforce safety protocols
• collaborate with instructors and program leads to develop and implement climbing and training curriculum
• manage groups of adults with varying experience
• consider program logistics
• track and report requested metrics
• and gather community feedback.
