Industrial Maintenance Technician — Multiple Shifts

The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO. Listed hourly pay is $40.62 for first shift, $42.62 for second shift, and $43.12 for third shift, including the stated shift differentials. The posting offers multiple shift schedules: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM; Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM; or Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–6:30 AM. The technician maintains, troubleshoots, rebuilds, and repairs production equipment, control systems, and facility equipment. The role supports reliable plant operations through advanced diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and programmable systems.

What you'll do

• Install, rebuild, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs, PCs, custom controllers, and production equipment
• program and troubleshoot electronic control circuits and PLC ladder logic
• diagnose CNC equipment and components including servos, encoders, relays, sensors, and I/O systems
• repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and programmable control systems
• read and create circuit drawings and blueprints
• maintain facility systems
• track repair costs
• perform welding and brazing for equipment building and repair.
