What you'll do

• Develop scalable product acceptance systems, standard work, visual controls, and best practices
• identify process gaps and implement sustainable solutions
• support tooling, test equipment, calibration, preventive maintenance, and asset management systems
• create onboarding, training, qualification, and certification programs
• implement ESD and IPC workmanship programs
• lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
• support production scaling and standardize practices across teams and shifts.
