What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of client change initiatives, including plans, risks, and issues
• gather requirements and define scope and deliverables
• maintain project plans and status reporting
• conduct user training and prepare documentation
• oversee product and connectivity onboarding
• coordinate U.S. and global teams
• design integrations using SWIFT, ISO 20022, APIs, and host-to-host
• manage payment-file testing and resolve integration issues
• monitor post-launch performance.
