Facilities Technician

Job overview

Facilities Technician is an onsite, full-time role in Dousman, WI, with a day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and rotating on-call duty. Pay is $21.95–$24.65 per hour. Three Pillars Senior Living Communities provides independent living, assisted living, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and skilled nursing services. The technician maintains campus buildings, systems, and machinery through repairs and preventive maintenance. The role also supports grounds upkeep, safety and regulatory compliance, and timely responses to work requests from residents and staff.

What you'll do

• Perform facility repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, equipment, construction, and renovation
• complete scheduled preventive maintenance and document work in CMMS
• maintain grounds and exterior areas, including snow removal and refuse disposal
• follow OSHA, infection-control, and lock-out/tag-out procedures
• respond to work requests
• communicate with residents and staff
• participate in meetings, training, and special projects.
