What you'll do

• Lead and develop the QA/QC team
• establish testing, training, documentation, and quality standards
• develop and optimize concrete mix designs
• oversee raw material testing, supplier evaluations, and alternative material qualification
• reduce material costs, waste, rejected loads, and quality claims
• support lower-carbon products and EPD documentation
• use production data and testing results to improve performance
• ensure compliance with ASTM, ACI, TxDOT, and project specifications
• investigate technical issues
• partner with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Finance.
