The Veterinary Receptionist, Care Coordinator role is onsite in Huntersville, NC, with a full-time schedule Friday through Sunday, 12 p.m.–12 a.m. Pay is $17.50–$19.50 per hour. The role supports Carolina Veterinary Specialists - Huntersville, a 24/7 emergency and specialty veterinary hospital. The care coordinator supports the client and patient experience by managing reception and administrative tasks, helping clients navigate stressful situations, coordinating appointments and lobby flow, and assisting with records, billing, and other hospital operations.

What you'll do

• Provide in-person and phone customer service
• manage lobby flow and appointments
• address concerns and calm distressed owners
• assist with basic medical emergencies for pets and owners
• handle medication pickups and service inquiries
• enter data and support billing
• assist with retail sales, weighing pets, faxes, records, cash reconciliation, and end-of-day duties.
