Job overview

The Recovery Aide role is onsite in Wareham, MA, for 40 hours per week, with a 3 p.m.–11 p.m. schedule. Pay is $20 per hour. Gosnold supports people and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders through a continuum of care. The aide supports patients’ recovery and wellness by monitoring high-risk patients, encouraging group participation, documenting observations, and coordinating with nurses, counselors, medication specialists, and program leadership. The position also facilitates specialty groups and supports the counseling team.

What you'll do

  • Monitor high-risk patients, encourage group participation, provide support and redirection, and report outcomes.
  • Facilitate specialty groups and document attendance.
  • Track program evaluations, document observations and activities, communicate with clinical staff, support counselors, and meet individually with patients when appropriate.
