What you'll do

• Provide nursing care in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable guidelines. Plan and evaluate resident-specific interventions
• administer medications and treatments
• transcribe orders and document progress
• report changes in condition
• monitor skin changes
• order and report diagnostic tests
• coordinate rehabilitation with therapists
• monitor CNA documentation and assignments.
