What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries and qualify leads
• coordinate reservations
• manage the sales inbox
• prepare group contracts, resumes, and event profiles
• maintain Delphi leads, CRM records, and sales reports
• coordinate VIP amenities, site inspections, and group details with resort teams
• assist travel advisors and wholesale partners with availability and rates
• coordinate room blocks, itineraries, and logistics for FAM trips and travel media visits
• maintain tariff sheets and partner records.
