What you'll do

• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities
• lead and participate in group and individual programs
• encourage participation based on residents’ interests and abilities
• support games, crafts, music, exercise, celebrations, outings, and events
• provide companionship
• assist residents to and from activities
• prepare and clean activity areas
• maintain calendars and attendance records
• help with outings, including driving a passenger van
• collaborate with nursing and other departments.
