What you'll do

• Lead structural project planning, design, and execution from concept through construction
• manage scope, schedule, budgets, and team resources
• mentor engineers and BIM professionals
• collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams
• oversee calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports
• ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards
• participate in structural assessments, feasibility studies, and site investigations as needed.
