What you'll do

• Own operational performance across a portfolio of locations
• serve as the primary day-to-day client contact
• coordinate quarterly business reviews
• analyze operational and usage metrics and present recommendations
• support upsell and expansion opportunities
• collaborate with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations
• hire, train, and oversee dedicated onsite support staff as needed
• improve scalable processes
• monitor account receivables and payables
• work onsite Monday through Friday.
