What you'll do

• Deliver personalized customer service and share product knowledge
• lead by example on the sales floor
• assist with onboarding and mentoring seasonal associates
• open and close the store
• receive and stock holiday inventory
• maintain visual standards, cleanliness, and store readiness
• contribute to daily sales goals
• stay current on products and promotions.
