Commercial Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Commercial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in River Grove, IL, and qualified candidates are typically offered $24–$28 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance including minor electrical and plumbing work, painting, tile, drywall, and door-lock repairs
• troubleshoot issues
• prepare work scopes, time estimates, and material requirements
• communicate through the work-order app
• provide professional customer service
• participate in an on-call rotation one week every four to six weeks.
