What you'll do

• Promote positive working relationships with medical staff
• collaborate with medical leadership on physician recruitment and new patient-care programs
• propose compensation models for recruited providers with the CEO and CMO
• monitor service-line volume, profitability, and gaps
• develop actions to address gaps and grow business
• and establish community outreach initiatives with the executive team.
