What you'll do

• Lead and develop four Delivery Managers
• maintain the company prioritization tracker
• run weekly prioritization meetings, MBRs, and QBRs
• establish delivery standards, frameworks, and tools
• align Product, Engineering, Data Science, Credit, Marketing, Finance, and Legal/Compliance
• remove blockers and resolve trade-offs
• conduct post-initiative retrospectives
• travel approximately four or more times per year for in-person collaboration.
