What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly and year-end close
• reconcile bank, credit card, claims receivable, and balance sheet accounts
• maintain accounting schedules and review general ledger activity
• support grant and county board billing
• reconcile claims and payments with the external billing partner
• monitor accounts receivable and billing discrepancies
• assist with claim corrections, payment research, reimbursement follow-up, audits, and reporting.
