The Senior Real Estate Project Manager role is hybrid in Indianapolis, IN, with in-office work Tuesday and Wednesday and work-from-home Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Compensation is $92,000 to $112,000 per year. IFF is a mission-driven lender, real estate consultant, and developer that helps communities thrive; the Real Estate Solutions department advises nonprofits on facility and property projects. The role plans and manages client-driven real estate consulting and development projects, helping nonprofit clients evaluate facility needs, financing, property options, and project delivery. It coordinates project teams and vendors, monitors budgets and schedules, and provides analysis, reports, training, and technical assistance to support client decisions and community-serving goals.

What you'll do

• Plan, manage, and execute real estate consulting or development projects
• analyze client facility needs, budgets, financing scenarios, and occupancy costs
• coordinate site visits and facility assessments
• support due diligence, vendor selection, estimates, and project budgets
• prepare reports and presentations
• monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets
• communicate progress to clients and IFF teams
• solicit and evaluate bids
• provide training and technical assistance to nonprofit organizations
• represent Real Estate Solutions at meetings and events
• support business development periodically.
