What you'll do

• Manage work activities of assigned nursing departments, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nursing assistants
• advocate for patients and families
• support communication across staff and shifts
• assist the Director of Nursing with employee relations and accountability
• provide direct resident care as needed
• complete required training and maintain applicable licensure. Work two days as Unit Manager and three days on the floor
• be on call every other weekend.
