Welcome Center Representative

The Welcome Center Representative role is onsite in Waltham, MA. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. The position supports the YMCA of Greater Boston Membership Sales & Service Team and its community-focused work. The representative welcomes members and visitors, manages check-in and lobby traffic, shares membership and program information, and supports sales and safety procedures to help members access YMCA services.

What you'll do

• Greet and serve members and program participants
• manage member check-in and safety protocols
• conduct membership and program sales
• answer telephone calls
• regulate lobby traffic
• provide membership and program information
• enforce YMCA policies
• conduct prospective-member tours as needed
• handle daily transactions
• maintain an orderly workspace
• respond to emergencies and assist with care of victims.
