What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end performance and daily operations
• take responsibility for sales, profitability, people, operations, and growth
• develop strategies to increase sales, guest counts, revenue, and profitability
• own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operating metrics
• improve labor efficiency, food and beverage costs, purchasing, inventory, productivity, and expenses
• review results and priorities with ownership
• lead and develop general managers, executive chef, culinary director, and senior leaders
• set goals and performance expectations
• recruit and retain management talent
• drive service and food-quality standards
• oversee marketing and private events
• partner with culinary leadership
• improve training and operating processes
• analyze sales, guest feedback, financial results, and operational data
• support future growth and expansion.
