What you'll do

• Collect and label specimens for routine and special procedures
• verify patient identification and handle and transport specimens according to laboratory protocols
• maintain infection control, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• support onboarding, training, and mentoring
• escalate staffing and operational concerns
• facilitate communication among site employees, client representatives, and Ansible leadership
• identify customer-service improvements
• track and report attendance and workforce concerns.
