The Process Operator Level 2 is an onsite role based in Solon, OH. Compensation is not specified in the posting. Swagelok is a global organization and one of the largest employers of manufacturing talent in Northeast Ohio. This role exists to perform complex process changeovers and troubleshooting. The operator contributes to the team by solving non-routine problems and managing order flow.

What you'll do

• Performs & meets the requirements of all previous skill sets.
• Troubleshoot and perform low level maintenance.
• Ability to use machine controls necessary to perform set-ups and make process adjustments (if required).
• Identifies quality issues and determines root cause, completes QN's and segregates parts with defects.
• Use the schedule to make decisions and manage order flow.
• Complete routine set-ups independently within the targeted time.
• Notify supervision if capacity requirements are not being met.
• Able to transfer chemicals to the appropriately labeled container.
