Business Development Representative

Job overview

The Business Development Representative role is based in Valencia, CA, and develops relationships throughout the local community. The role combines daily prospecting, community involvement, account follow-up, and coordination with Operations to support customer experiences and business growth.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with insurance professionals, property and facility managers, contractors, municipalities, and community organizations
• prospect through visits, calls, networking, and community involvement
• generate qualified service opportunities
• maintain prospecting and follow-up schedules
• develop territory plans
• identify referral opportunities
• coordinate presentations and events
• represent the company at community and trade organizations
• maintain CRM records
• partner with Operations on customer experience.
