What you'll do

• Assist cooks with cooking and product processing according to company standards
• prepare raw materials and kettles
• weigh, open, measure, transfer, and prepare ingredients
• help cooks meet the daily schedule
• maintain work-area cleanliness
• report conditions needing attention
• follow personnel safety, food safety, quality, GMP, sanitation, maintenance, and equipment procedures
• cross-train on the manufacturing line and in the York warehouse as needed.
