What you'll do

• Prepare menu items and verify daily preparation and line setup
• review menus, portions, utensils, and service items
• label food and complete production records
• delegate duties to inmates and supervise their work
• monitor timely service, temperatures, sanitation, safety, security, and portion control
• manage inventory, orders, and deliveries
• maintain records and cleaning schedules
• support kitchen operations and secure the facility at shift end.

Why this role
