Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Afternoons and Evenings

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, providing one-to-one therapy in children’s homes. Pay is $22–$30 per hour. Heartlinks ABA provides ongoing training and supervision from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The RBT delivers Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism, records data on treatment goals, and implements behavior plans with a supervising BCBA. The work helps children build communication, social, and independence skills while supporting families with strategies and progress updates.
