What you'll do

• Deploy and configure solutions to meet customer needs
• set up, install, and administer instant financial solutions remotely or at customer sites. Gather and validate requirements, manage initial access, map and transfer data, and create process documentation. Test and troubleshoot installed systems, document issues for escalation, train customers, partners, and IT personnel, and coordinate software patches and upgrades with system administrators. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and provide feedback and documentation to support process and solution improvements. Evening and weekend availability may be needed based on customer needs.
