What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
• coordinate inbound and outbound appointments with warehouse operations
• prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory, billing, and customer documentation
• generate customer reports
• support billing and discrepancy resolution
• coordinate requests and priorities across warehouse, inventory, transportation, and administrative teams
• resolve routine issues and coordinate escalations
• monitor account activity and service trends
• use AI-enabled tools to support administrative work, reporting, and customer communications.
