Consultant Project Manager — Transportation Infrastructure

The Consultant Project Manager role is onsite in West Chester, PA. Compensation is not specified. The project manager leads federally and state-funded transportation projects from initiation through close-out, coordinating design, schedules, budgets, environmental approvals, utilities, right-of-way, and project stakeholders. The role helps advance compliant projects toward successful letting and delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage project advertisements and supplements through ECMS
• organize project meetings and stakeholder coordination
• oversee design submissions and review plans and special provisions
• track schedules, budgets, and milestones
• manage environmental documentation, permitting, and clearances
• coordinate utility relocations and right-of-way acquisitions
• support addenda preparation
• potentially guide proposals and bid packages, capital plans, reconstruction priorities, bridge inspection programs, and maintenance staff.
