What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing with planning, directing, and supervising nursing staff
• support regulatory compliance, staffing, policy and procedure updates, and agency surveys
• help address inspection deficiencies
• conduct staff performance reviews, provide guidance and education, and handle counseling or disciplinary action as needed. Maintain infection-control practices, support resident comfort and dignity, assist with admissions and transfers, and participate in meetings and in-services.
