What you'll do

• Collect venous and capillary blood specimens, urine and timed urine specimens, and DOT and non-DOT urine drug specimens
• perform venipuncture
• plate culture specimens to appropriate media
• perform waived testing
• recognize whether specimens collected by other departments are correct
• answer phones and fax reports
• perform department office and clerical duties.

Why this role
