What you'll do

• Greet customers
• listen to concerns and conduct vehicle walk-arounds
• recommend maintenance and tire services
• prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations
• follow up during repairs and resolve concerns
• create repair orders
• coordinate appointments and shop workflow
• collaborate with technicians
• order tires and monitor inventory
• process invoices and maintain customer records. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record are required
• willingness to pursue TIA Certification is stated.
