Upfit Coordinator

What you'll do

• Confirm third-party purchase orders
• maintain vendor relationships and follow up on upfit progress
• track vehicles from arrival at the upfitter through customer delivery
• enter ready and in-service dates
• update customer ETAs
• collaborate with Purchasing, sales, delivery dealers, and vendors to resolve issues
• escalate unresolved concerns
• cross-train on other Vehicle Coordination roles for backup coverage.
