What you'll do

• Provide mental health services through therapy sessions
• provide individual and/or family therapy
• create treatment plans with youth and families based on Care Pathways and Plans for Services
• develop transition plans
• complete documentation collaboratively with youth using Carelogic EHS
• attend psychiatric medical consultations as clinically indicated
• meet weekly clinical service hours according to client needs
• deliver culturally competent services.

Why this role
