What you'll do

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, including painting, snow and ice removal, gutter cleaning, and filter replacement
• repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• respond to resident and staff maintenance requests
• report malfunctions and hazards
• protect resident privacy
• maintain safe storage of maintenance items
• attend assigned training
• work with vendors as instructed
• follow safety and OSHA requirements.
