The technician supports PMAT’s U.S. Navy Ship Self Defense System program, helping keep mission-critical combat systems operational.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on SSDS equipment and subsystems
- diagnose and resolve hardware and system faults using technical documentation and diagnostic tools
- conduct operational testing after maintenance
- document maintenance actions and system status
- support scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and installations
- collaborate with engineers, government personnel, and technicians
- follow safety, security, and quality procedures
- and help identify reliability improvements.
