What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing with management and supervision of nursing services
• mentor, coach, and support nursing staff
• participate in scheduling, staffing coordination, competency validation, hiring, onboarding, and education
• conduct rounds to monitor resident care
• serve as acting DON when needed
• lead the Infection Prevention and Control Program
• conduct infection surveillance and trend analysis
• develop infection-prevention procedures
• support outbreak response, antibiotic stewardship, and employee health compliance.
