What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• take and record specified vital signs when ordered and competency requirements are met
• assist with transfers, ambulation, exercise, and range-of-motion activities as ordered
• perform patient laundry
• support home safety
• follow the care plan
• document care and report changes to the assigned nurse supervisor.
